【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedtoexpandthescopeofthepracticeoffirstrespondersandimprovetheemergencymedicalcaredeliveredtopatientsinthewildernessordelayedorprolongedtransportsettings.Thisguidedoesnotsuggestaparticularperformancesequence.IndividualswillbetrainedinitiallyorconcurrentlyinaccordancewiththeU.S.DOTHS900-25,CourseGuide,andGuideF1453.ThisguidemaybeusedbyindividualswhodeveloptrainingprogramsfornontraditionalEMSenvironments.Thisguideacknowledgestheneedforadditionalorspecifictrainingrequiredforthewildernessordelayedorprolongedtransportsettings.1.1Thisguidecoversminimumperformancerequirementsforfirstresponderswhomayinitiallyprovidecareforsickorinjuredpersonsinthespecializedpre-hospitalsituationsofthewildernessordelayedorprolongedtransportsettings,includingcatastrophicdisasters.1.2Individualswhowilloperateinthewildernessordelayedorprolongedtransportsettingsneedtobeawareofthephysicalrequirementsnecessarytobeabletoperformallidentifiedobjectivesandnecessaryskillsrequiredforthesetting.1.3Thisguideestablishessupplementalorcontinuingeducationprogramsthatwillbetaughttoindividualstrainedtothefirstresponderlevelbyanappropriateauthority.1.4Thisguidedoesnotestablishperformancestandardsforuseinthetraditionalemergencymedicalservices(EMS)orambulancetransportationenvironment.1.5Thisguidedoesnotestablishmedicalprotocols;nordoesitauthorizeinvasiveprocedureswithoutspecificauthorizationandmedicalcontrol.1.6Successfulcompletionofacoursebasedonthisguidedoesnotconstituteorimplycertificationorlicensure.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
