【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoportablephasecomparatorswithorwithoutabuiltinpowersourcetobeusedonelectricalsystemsforvoltagesfrom1kVto36kVa.c.andfrequenciesfrom50Hzto60Hz.Thisstandardisapplicabletotwo-polephasecomparatorshavingaconnectingleadbetweenthem,two-polephasecomparatorsoperatingwithawirelessconnectionandsingle-polephasecomparatorsoperatingwithamemorysystem.Thisstandardisapplicabletophasecomparatorsusedincontactwiththeparttobetested,asasingleunitorasaseparatedevicecompletedbyanadaptableinsulatingpolecoveredinIEC60855orIEC61235.Somerestrictionsontheiruseareapplicableinthecaseoffactory-assembledswitchgearandonoverheadsystemsofelectrifiedrailways(seeannexB).Deviceswhichcanbeusedasvoltagedetectorandphasecomparatorarenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTEExceptwhenotherwisespecified,allthevoltagesdefinedinthisstandardrefertophase-to-phasevoltagesofthree-phasesystems.Phasecomparatorsmaybeusedinotherthanthree-phasesystems,buttheapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-earth(ground)voltagemustbeusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.
