【摘要】:4.1TheShipSafetyRecordisanelectronicdatabaseofinformationpertainingtoaspecificvesselincludinginformationrelatedtothesafeoperationofthevesselandthesafetyofitrsquo;crewandtheenvironment.Thedataisgroupedandorganizedunderthefollowingkeycategories:vesselparticulars,vesselstatus,crewrequirements,crewstatus,voyagespecificdata,recordofinspection,recordofincidents,andcorrectiveactions.TheShipSafetyRecordiscreatedandmaintainedineachinstancefortheprimarybenefitoftheowner,technicalmanager,oroperatorwhoisrequiredthroughtheimplementationoftheISMCodetobecognizantofsuchinformation.Theinformationinthedatabaseisatalltimesthepropertyoftheownerwhowillmaintainandcontrolthedisseminationofanyandalloftheinformation.ItisexpectedthatoperatorswillelecttomakeportionsoftheirShipSafetyRecorddatabaseavailabletootherinterestedpartiessuchasflagstates,classsocieties,andportstates.13TheShipSafetyRecordshouldprovidefortheimplementationofseverallevelsofelectronicdatabasesecurityasmayberequiredbythevesselowneroroperator.ThedatathatbecomespartoftheShipSafetyRecordcanbethoughtofinanumberofsubsets:4.2.1Datathatisnotsubjecttochange,includingparticularsofthevessel,andsoforth.4.2.2Datathatissubjecttochangebutnotnormallybytheshiprsquo;crew.4.2.3Datathatwillbeupdatedperiodicallyeithermanuallyorasaresultofupdatestoothercomputersystemsorapplications.Thiswouldinclude,asanexample,cargoinformation,ballastconditions,thenames/identificationofcrewmembers,andpassengerdetails.Thiswouldalsoincludeinformationrelativetointernalinspections,maintenancerecords,internalaudits,safetyaudits,andsoforth.GuidesF1756andF1757maybeusedasthebasisforimplementationofashipboardelectronicdatabaseandshipsafetyrecord.1.1Thisguideprovidesauniformformatanddefinitionofgeneralvessel-relatedtechnicalinformation,includingshipsafetydata,tobeusedbyshipownersandoperators,attheiroptionandtotheextentthattheyconsiderbeneficialtotheiroperation.Itisrecognizedthatallofthedataisalreadycontainedinvariousdocumentsonthevessel,butnormallynotelectronicallyandnormallynotinonelocation.TheShipSafetyRecordisdesignedtoprovideanindustry-acceptedcommonmethodofidentifying,maintaining,andsubsequentlycommunicatingthesafety-relatedinformationneededformaritimeoperations.Itisrecognizedthatmanyofthedatafieldsarenotapplicableforeveryvessel.AppendixX1andAppendixX2provideexamplesofhowdataelementsinthisguidemaybeusedforaspecificpurpose,thatis,theUSCG''sAutomatedIdentificationSystem(AIS)andtheAdvanceNoticeofArrival.

【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardgivesrecommendationsfore-supportine-learningsystems.Thisstandardisapplicabletoe-supportacrossalltypesofe-learning.Itisapplicableindependentlyofthepedagogicalapproachtoe-learning(e.g.whetherhumantutorsareinvolvedinprovidinge-supportoralle-supportisautomated,whetherlearnersworkindividuallyoringroups,orwhethertheunderlyingpedagogyofacourseinvolveslearnersinconstructingtheirownunderstandingorincommittingcoursecontenttomemory).Wherelearningprogrammesincludeacombinationofe-learningandotherdeliverymethods,thisstandardisapplicabletothee-learningcomponents.NOTE1E-supportformspartoflearningandtuitionprocesses(asshowninFigure1),andtherecommendationsinthisBritishStandardaredesignedtoenableeffectiveimplementationoftheseprocesses.However,recommendationsfortuitionandpedagogicalmethodologiesarenotaddressedinthisBritishStandard.Thisstandardisapplicableindependentofthetypeofe-learningsystemdeployed.Itmakesrecommendationsforthee-supportthatisprovidedtolearners,butdoesnotspecifywhetherthise-supportshouldbeprovidedbythee-learningsystem,bythelearningmaterialsorbytutorsorotherhumanintervention.NOTE2ThisBritishStandardincludesexamplesreferringtobothautomatedandtutor-generatede-support,buttheseexamplesareonlyillustrativeandshouldnotbetakentoimplythattheapproachesdescribedarepedagogicallypreferable.ThisBritishStandardmakesrecommendationsthatcouldbeimplementedthroughtheadoptionofalearningobjectmodel(anobject-basedapproachtothemanagementoflearningmaterials).However,therecommendationsdonotdependontheimplementationofsuchamodel.TherecommendationsinthisBritishStandardcanbeusedintheprocurement,design,benchmarking,development,evaluationandcommunicationofinformationaboute-learningcourses,learningmaterials,e-learningsystemsande-supportservices.NOTE3RecommendationsconcerninguserguidanceforusersofanysystemsinvolvingofficeworkwithvisualdisplayterminalsareprovidedinBSENISO9241-13:1999,whichcoversinformationadditionaltotheregularuser-computer-dialoguethatisprovidedtotheuseronrequestorisautomaticallyprovidedbythesystem.NOTE4BSENISO9241-13:1999doesnotaddresson-linetutorials,on-linedocumentation,orintelligentsystemperformanceaids.Thesekindsofusersupportarecoveredinthisstandard.
