【摘要】:(1)prEN1993-1-11givesdesignrulesforstructureswithtensioncomponentsmadeofsteel,which,duetotheirconnectionswiththestructure,areadjustableandreplaceableseeTable1.1.NOTE:Duetotherequirementofadjustabilityandreplaceabilitysuchtensioncomponentsaregenerallyprefabricatedproductsdeliveredtositeandinstalledintothestructure.Tensioncomponentsthatarenotadjustableorreplaceable,e.g.airspuncablesofsuspensionbridges,orforexternallypost-tensionedbridges,areoutsidethescopeofthispart.However,rulesofthisstandardmaybeapplicable.(2)Thisstandardalsogivesrulesfordeterminingthetechnicalrequirementsforprefabricatedtensioncomponentsforassessingtheirsafety,serviceabilityanddurability.NOTE1:GroupAproductsingeneralhaveasinglesolidroundcrosssectionconnectedtoendterminationsbythreads.Theyaremainlyusedas-bracingsforroofs,walls,girders-staysforroofelements,pylons-tensioningsystemsforsteel-woodentrussandsteelstructures,spaceframesNOTE2:GroupBproductsarecomposedofwireswhichareanchoredinsocketsorotherendterminationsandarefabricatedprimarilyinthediameterrangeof5mmto160mm,seeEN12385-2.Spiralstrandropesaremainlyusedas-staycablesforaerials,smokestacks,mastsandbridges-carryingcablesandedgecablesforlightweightstructures-hangersorsuspendersforsuspensionbridges-stabilizingcablesforcablenetsandwoodandsteeltrusses-hand-railcablesforbanisters,balconies,bridgerailsandguardrailsFullylockedoilropesarefabricatedinthediameterrangeof20mmto180mmandaremainlyusedas-staycables,suspensioncablesandhangersforbridgeconstruction-suspensioncablesandstabilizingcablesincabletrusses-edgecablesforcablenets-staycablesforpylons,masts,aerialsStructuralstrandropesaremainlyusedas-staycablesformasts,aerials-hangersforsuspensionbridges-damper/spacertiecablesbetweenstaycables-edgecablesforfabricmembranes-railcablesforbanister,balcony,bridgeandguiderails.NOTE3:GroupCproductsneedindividualorcollectiveanchoringandappropriateprotection.Bundlesofparallelwiresaremainlyusedasstaycables,maincablesforsuspensionbridgesandexternaltendons.Bundlesofparallelstrandsaremainlyusedasstaycablesforcompositeandsteelbridges.(4)ThetypesofterminationdealtwithinthispartforGroupBandCproductsare-metalandresinsockets,seeEN13411-4-socketswithcementgrout-ferrulesandferrulesecuring,seeEN13411-3-swagedsocketsandswagedfitting-U-boltwireropegripes,seeEN13411-5-anchoringforbundleswithwedges,coldformedbuttonheadsforwiresandnutsforbars.NOTE:ForterminologyseeAnnexC.
