【摘要】:?1.1Thisspecificationcoverselectric-fusion-weldedauste-niticchromium-nickelstainlesssteelpipesuitableforcorrosiveorhigh-temperatureservice,orboth,orforgeneralapplications.NOTE1—ThedimensionlessdesignatorNPS(nominalpipesize)hasbeensubstitutedinthisstandardforsuchtraditionaltermsas“nominaldiameter,”“size,”and“nominalsize.”1.2ThisspecificationcoversthegradesofalloyandstainlesssteellistedinTable1.Theselectionofthepropergradeandrequirementsforheattreatmentshallbeatthediscretionofthepurchaser,dependentontheserviceconditionstobeencountered.1.3Fiveclassesofpipearecoveredasfollows:1.3.1Class1—Pipeshallbedoubleweldedbyprocessesemployingfillermetalinallpassesandshallbecompletelyradiographed.1.3.2Class2—Pipeshallbedoubleweldedbyprocessesemployingfillermetalinallpasses.Noradiographyisrequired.1.3.3Class3—Pipeshallbesingleweldedbyprocessesemployingfillermetalinallpassesandshallbecompletelyradiographed.1.3.4Class4—SameasClass3exceptthattheweldpassexposedtotheinsidepipesurfacemaybemadewithouttheadditionoffillermetal(see6.2.2.1and6.2.2.2).1.3.5Class5—Pipeshallbedoubleweldedbyprocessesemployingfillermetalinallpassesandshallbespotradio-graphed.1.4Supplementaryrequirementscoveringprovisionsrangingfromadditionaltestingtoformalizedproceduresformanufacturingpracticeareprovided.SupplementaryRequirementsS1throughS6areincludedasoptionstobespecifiedwhendesired.?1.5Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.Theinch-poundunitsshallapplyunlessthe“M”designationofthisspecificationisspecifiedintheorder.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcanbeusedtodetermineanti-wearpropertiesandcoefficientoffrictionofEPlubricatingoilsatselectedtemperaturesandloadsspecifiedforuseinapplicationsinwhichhigh-speedvibrationalorstart-stopmotionsarepresentforextendedperiodsoftimeunderinitialhighHertzianpointcontactpressures.Ithasfoundapplicationasascreeningtestforlubricantsusedingearorcam/followersystems.Usersofthistestmethodshoulddeterminewhetherresultscorrelatewithfieldperformanceorotherapplications.1.1Thistestmethodcoversanextremepressure(EP)lubricatingoil'scoefficientoffrictionanditsabilitytoprotectagainstwearwhensubjectedtohigh-frequency,linearoscillationmotion.TheprocedureisidenticaltothatdescribedinDIN51834.1.2Thistestmethodcanalsobeusedtodeterminetheabilityofanon-EPlubricatingoiltoprotectagainstwearanditscoefficientoffrictionundersimilartestconditions.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevlauesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
