【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesamechanicalandelectricalspecificationforimplementingacommoninteroperablemechanicalquickdisconnectinterconnectsystemforusebyindustryforinterfacinglargenumbersofelectricalsignals(digital,analog,RF,power,etc.).Theselargeinterfacepanels(receiverandfixturepanels)areemployedprimarilyintestsystemsbetweenstimulus/measurementassetsandarelatedunitundertest(UUT),althoughanyapplicationinvolvinghighdensitycontactsrequiringaquickdisconnectinterfacecouldbenefit.TheReceiverisareceptaclethatismountedtotestsystemmateswithmultipleFixtures.whichserveasthe"buffer"betweentheUUTandATE.FixturestranslatestandardI/OsignalroutingofferedattheReceivertoawiringinterfacethatdirectlyconnectstotheUUT.TheseUUTinterfacescanrepresentcableconnectors,directplug-in(printedcircuitboardedgeconnectors),sensormonitoring,ormanualfeedbackfromthetesttechnician.Theprimaryobjectivesofthisstandardare:a)toestablishinterfacestandardsthatpermitinterchangeabilityofmechanical/electricalreceiver/fixture/connectorproductassembliesfromvariousmanufacturersunderan"openarchitecture";andb)-todevelopwithinthisframeworkadefinedset(s)ofinterconnectingconnectorandmechanicalspecificationsthatsupportsavailable,accepted,low-costcommercialtechnologytoreduceddependenceonproprietarydesigns,andextendlife-cycleavailability.
