【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverstwelvegradesofthermosettinglaminatewithcopperfoilbondedtooneorbothsurfaces.Thesecombinationformsareintendedprimarilyforuseinfabricationofprinted(etched)wiringorcircuitboards.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
