【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecoverstheanalysisandinterpretationofproficiencytest(PT)programresults.Forparticipantsininterlaboratoryproficiencytest(orcrosscheck,checkscheme,etc.)programs,thisguidedescribesproceduresforassessingparticipants''resultsrelativetothePTprogramresultsandpotentiallyimprovingthelaboratory''stestingperformancebasedontheassessmentfindingsandinsights(see).Forthecommitteesresponsibleforthetestmethodsincludedininterlaboratoryproficiencytestingprograms,thisguidedescribesproceduresforassessingtheindustry''sabilitytoperformtestmethods,andforpotentiallyidentifyingneedsfortestmethodimprovement(see6.2).Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
