【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheframework,formats,andproceduresusedtodefineinformationexchangeswithintheIntelligentTransportSystem/TransportInformationandControlSystems(ITS/TICS)sector.ItdefinesthecontentoftheITS/TICScentralDataRegistryandDataDictionaries,theregistrationprocesstoenterdataconceptsintotheDataRegistry.Throughoutthetext,theDataRegistryshouldbetakentomeantheITS/TICScentralDataRegistry.Specifically,thisInternationalStandardspecifies:—frameworkusedtoidentifyanddefineallinformationexchanges;—frameworkusedtoextendstandardizedinformationexchangestosupportlocalcustomizationsandcombinations;—informationmodellingmethodfordefiningITS/TICSdataconcepts,whenused;—metaattributesusedtodescribe,standardizeandmanageeachofthedataconceptsdefinedwithinthisframework;—requirementsusedtorecordthesedefinitions;and—formalproceduresusedtoregisterthesedefinitionswithintheDataRegistry.TheDataRegistrydescribedhereinsupports,andisdesignedtoinclude,dataconceptsusingalternativeInternational,RegionalorNationalSystemArchitecturemethodologiesortechniques.AcommonDataRegistrywilleasemigrationandinteroperabilitybetweensuchapproaches.

【摘要】:Theprocedureisintendedprimarilytoevaluategarment-typeleathers.Thetestmethodisqualitativeandmeasuresthesurface-waterrepellencyorsurface-waterresistanceonly.Itisnotintendedforuseindeterminingresistancetowaterpenetration.Avisualmeansisgiventoevaluatetherelativeeffectsofmaterialsshowingwaterrepellency,butnocomparisonispossiblewithconditionsfoundinactualuse.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthequalitativeevaluationofthesurfacerepellencytowaterofgarment-typeleathers.Thistestmethoddoesnotapplytowetblue.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesshowninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
